As a Direct Care Staff member, you’ll play a meaningful role in empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives. Working under supportive supervision, you’ll assist with daily tasks, help maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and be part of a team that truly makes a difference.

- Assisting clients with daily living activities to support their independence and comfort.
- Helping with household chores like laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation to keep things cozy and tidy.
- Providing transportation, supporting with shopping trips, and engaging clients in enjoyable activities.
- Offering compassionate support with personal care and grooming.
- Administering medications and documenting care as required.
- Being an advocate and a positive presence in clients’ lives.

- An understanding of care techniques for individuals with various disabilities.
- Housekeeping skills that contribute to a pleasant home environment.
- Knowledge of medication administration and safe food preparation.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old with a valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
- Able to pass a State of Arizona Department of Public Safety background check.
